Davis and Davis Companies provides services in Strategic Operational Coaching, Property Management, Business Development, and Online Sales. What was originally founded in 2006 as a fun plant ornament business by Robert and Dara Davis in New Jersey, has since evolved into a pillar of business services for their national community. This married couple operates as a team while exercising their individual expertise in a “his and hers” style of practice.  He leads the property management and logistical field operations side of the business while she leads the strategic operations support for clients.

Growth Despite Gravity

One unsuspecting day, Davis and Davis Companies found their plant ornament inventory destroyed. During transport, all of the carefully prepared items hit the floor. Gravity won. Nonetheless, from the pile of glass shards and dirt rose a new vision. 

Lessons from Nature

Robert and Dara would take the lessons they learned from observing nature and use that as the foundation of their business practice. Plants are a reminder of how to live life. Just as one may plant a seed, water it, and watch it grow, people with the proper resources also have the opportunity to flourish. Davis and Davis Companies is one of those resources. 

With life, as in nature, storms will come but in time, one learns resilience. The storm will cease and new growth becomes possible. With strategy, some plants truly never die. Also with strategy, dreams and goals don’t have to either. 

Care at the Core

The plants were something this couple nurtured and from that birthed business expertise. The maple leaf represented in the logo is also a symbol of nostalgia and an ode to the Maple trees that lined the familiar New Jersey neighborhoods where they grew up. Now, with the combined strengths that they each bring to the table, the new vision is a resilient one. The fall Maple leaf is representative of stability and renewal despite the change of seasons that any professional may encounter.
